AZ spa is committed to understanding customer needs and plans its activities to fully satisfy them. In the same way it operates in compliance with the requests and requirements of the reference market, of the country in which it operates by complying with laws and regulations, of all the parties involved in its processes considered critical. AZ spa develops innovative products and services with high technological content which meet and anticipate customer expectations

Process approach
AZ spa identifies the various activities of its organization as processes to be planned, controlled and constantly improved and activates the resources for their realization in the best possible way. AZ spa manages its processes so that both the objectives to be pursued and the expected results, as well as the related responsibilities and the resources used, are unambiguous.

Leadership
AZ spa assumes responsibility for the effectiveness of its Corporate SG, making all the necessary resources available and making sure that the planned objectives are compatible with the context and strategic guidelines.
AZ spa communicates the importance of the Corporate SG and actively involves all interested parties, coordinating and supporting them.

Evaluation of risks and opportunities
AZ spa plans its processes with a risk-based thinking approach in order to implement the most suitable actions to: evaluate and treat the risks associated with the processes and exploit and reinforce the identified opportunities. AZ spa promotes at all levels an adequate sense of proactivity in the management of its risks. AZ spa also ensures the commitment to provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of injuries and illnesses related to work and the specific nature of its risks for OSH, determining opportunities for management system.

Compliance
AZ spa ensures the commitment to satisfy the legal requirements and other applicable requirements. To this end, this company policy intends to include the commitment to eliminate dangers and reduce risks for management system and the commitment for continuous improvement of the management system.
Involvement of personnel and stakeholders
AZ spa is aware that the involvement of employer and all stakeholders, combined with the active participation of all collaborators, are a primary strategic element. It promotes the development of internal professionalism and the careful selection of external collaborations in order to acquire competent and motivated human resources. AZ spa promotes a work environment which, inspired by respect, correctness and collaboration, allows for the involvement and empowerment of personnel. AZ spa therefore understands the commitment for the consultation and participation of workers and workers' representatives.

Improvement
AZ spa has the permanent objective of improving the performance of its Company Management System. The preliminary assessment of the risks and opportunities connected to the company processes, the internal and external verification activities, the Management review, the risk assessment and the consequent prevention and protection measures, are some of the tools that AZ spa implements to constantly improve. AZ spa undertakes to promote the understanding and dissemination of the Company Policy to all employer, also making it visible externally by publishing it on its website. This Company Policy is intended to constitute a reference framework for setting company objectives.
